 How to order.
Our Internet shopping service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via an online shopping basket linked to secure servers. To shop simply click the "Add to Cart" buttons next to the items you require. To view the contents of your shopping basket click the "Items in Cart" button which is located on the top middle of each screen. When you are ready to order click the "Update" & "Checkout" buttons.

Payment Options. 
To Pay by debit or credit card, just click the "Checkout" button on the shopping basket screen. A second screen will appear and ask for your email details. Please enter your email details here together with your billing & delivery address. Once these details have been entered an "Order Summary" screen will be displayed. Please check your order & proceed to your choice of payment options. If you experience any problems, please call our customer service team on 07939 534370.
To pay by PayPal, choose PayPal on the "Payment Options" list on the checkout screen. When you click the checkout button you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will have the option of paying from your PayPal balance or pay by debit / credit card. 
Our retail store in Atherstone Warwickshire is open 6 days a week. The hours are Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
Out of Stock Items.
We keep as much in stock as possible, however if an item is out of stock you shall be notified as soon as possible.
Postage and packing.

At the moment we only deliver in the UK. Your delivery address must have a UK postcode.  Postage and packing is free on orders totaling £25.00 or more. The sub total determines whether the delivery will include or exclude a postage charge. 

Orders under £25.00 incur the following charges*;

£0.00 - £10.00 - £2.49
£10.01 - £20.00 - £3.99
£20.01 - £25.00 - £4.99

* Heavier items may be subject to collection only.
Overseas Customers.
We may dispatch orders to overseas addresses, subject to our discretion and to the payment of a surcharge to cover shipping and insurance. We will always advise you of the surcharge based on the delivery address and the shipping costs. Subject to our terms & conditions we will add the additional shipping cost to the original order cost and the order will bedispatched on clearance of all payments. 
If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, your order will be cancelled and we shall then reserve the right to deduct an administration charge from any refunded payments. 
This paragraph applies only to orders dispatched to addresses covered by UK postcodes. We endeavour to
dispatch orders within 1-5 working days. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please contact us. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We keep records of proof of posting on all items should you require a copy. We do recommend that you have your order sent recorded delivery which will require a signature upon delivery. Recorded delivery is at an extra cost per order.
We will normally dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends). Please allow upto 10 business days for delivery for items which may be temporary out of stock.

Returns and Refunds.

If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us within 7 days. We shall endeavour in resolving the matter ammicably. Please contact us before returning damaged goods. If non-faulty goods are returned and the value of the order is reduced to less than £25.00, the postage & packing charge will be deducted from any refund.

Price Honouring.

If there are products which are incorrectly priced, we are not obliged to honour the price shown, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. Therefore one of our sales representatives will contact you and if payment has been received, we at Pennies Worth will refund you for the particular products. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you feel this is incorrect please feel free to contact us.
