How to order.
Our Internet shopping service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via an online shopping basket linked to secure servers. To shop simply click the "Add to Cart" buttons next to the items you require. To view your shopping basket click the "View Cart" button which is located on the top right hand side of each screen. When you are ready to order click the "Update" & "Checkout" buttons.
<<<<Quick View Shopping Cart.
A `Quick View` shopping cart panel is always available on each screen clearly showing your shopping cart total. This panel can be found on the left hand side of each screen.
Payment Options.
To Pay by debit or credit card, just click the "Checkout" button on the shopping basket screen. A second screen will appear and ask for your email details. Please enter your email details here together with your billing & delivery address. Once these details have been entered an "Order Summary" screen will be displayed. Please check your order & proceed to your choice of payment options. If you experience any problems, please call our customer service team on 0121 604 4667.
To pay by PayPal, choose PayPal on the "Payment Options" list on the checkout screen. When you click the checkout button you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will have the option of paying from your PayPal balance or pay by debit / credit card.
We will normally despatch your order within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends). Please allow upto 5 business days for delivery.
Our retail store is open 6 days a week. The hours are Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
Out of Stock Items.
We keep as much in stock as possible, however if an item is out of stock you shall be notified immidiately. We replenish our stock levels on a daily basis. Please do check again for stock availabilty.
Postage and packing.
At the moment we only deliver in the UK. Your delivery address must have a UK postcode.
Postage and packing is free on orders totaling £30.00 or more. If non-faulty goods are returned and the value of the order is reduced to less than £30.00, the postage & packing charge will be deducted from any refund.
Overseas Customers.
We may despatch orders to overseas addresses, subject to our discretion and to the payment of a surcharge to cover shipping and insurance. We will always advise the you of the surcharge based on the delivery address and the shipping costs. Subject to our terms & conditions we will add the additional shipping cost to the original order cost and the order will be despatched on clearance of the payment.
If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, your order will be cancelled and we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge from any refunded payments.
Delivery.
This paragraph applies only to orders despatched to addresses covered by UK postcodes. We endeavour to despatch orders within 1-5 working days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please contact us. Unfortunatley, we are unable to accpet responsibility for items lost in transit by Royal Mail. We keep records of proof of posting on all items should you require a copy. We do recommend that you have your order sent recorded delivery which will require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that Royal Mail are deliverying the order in accordance to their terms of trading.Recorded delevery is at an extra cost of only 75p per order.
Returns and Refunds.
If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us within 7 days. We shall endeavour in resolving the matter ammicably.Please contact us before returning damaged goods.
